The room wasn't spotless and housekeeping service was inconsistent, requiring us to call for clean towels. On the upside, the staff was professional and courteous with pleasant service. The location was perfect for us, close to the airport and a quick drive to downtown Grand Rapids. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with over-spiced food causing illness. The facilities were fair, though improvements are needed.
